Have you seen an used hydraulic press that would be acceptable unless some changes?
The most common requests that we tend to
- modify the old facilities of hydraulic presses with lever controls, whether hydraulic or pneumatic, inserting hydraulic blocks controlled by solenoid valves to be able to simultaneously control the pressure of the keys to the drop-down (double hand command);
- include photoelectric barriers to safety;
- change the power and speed of machines, size of work surfaces, elevation of daylight opening between workong plates and of the piston stroke within the safety limits guaranteed for the structural integrity of the hydraulic presses;
- include downholder facilities (hydraulic cushion) for machines that are lacking.
Other types of interventions can be performed upon a specific request.
If the interventions were planned in the press change it so much as to necessitate a new CE certification, we are able to make interventions so that certification can be issued.
We can also make changes or complete replacement of electrical and electronic systems for the automation of hydraulic presses with special attention to regulations and safety.
